Pack your hard disk drive in an anti-static bag (if you don't have one, wrap the drive in
one layer aluminum foil) in a box with at least 2 inches of padding all around. An original drive box is best.
If you must use styrofoam "peanuts" which allow the drive to shift
inside the box, please use bubble wrap as well.
Make sure to include our
shipping form with your name, company name,
address, phone (day and night), fax and any information about the drive
that will help us retrieve your data such as operating system,
partitions, important data file types and names. |
